¾ cup cooked wholegrain brown rice
¼ cup of thick cream
1 egg
A dollop of butter
1 – 1 ½ TBL honey/xylitol/rapadura (sweetner of your choice)
A drop of vanilla essence
Cinnamon (as much as you want)
Flaked almonds (as much as you want)
Method: Cook the rice. In a measuring jug mix all ingredients except the rice to make a cream mixture. Add ¾ cup of cooked rice to a pot and add the cream mixture. Cook on a low heat and serve hot. Serves 2
